We are psychologists with an extensive background in understanding human behavior. We are experts equipped with the skills, tools and knowledge to help you create intuitive, useful and delightful products for your customers.

MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.

Managing Partner

​Monica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.

Managing Partner

​Christy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.

Lead UX Researcher

Will is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for clients from various industries, including technology, oil and gas, and gaming industries. With several years of experience as a researcher, Will conducts unique research projects, specializing in software evaluations, competitive evaluations between products, and research involving software and applications. His research methods include statistical analysis and creating novel methodologies for research problems. Will enjoys conducting research for gaming devices. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

MICHAEL PICKETT, M.S.

UX Researcher

As a UX researcher at End to End User Research, Michael leads UX design and research studies for clients in several industries, including technology and manufacturing. His previous experience was working in the insurance industry, where he provided insights for customers and stakeholders to improve internal and external processes. His research expertise consists of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Michael enjoys conducting hardware and software-based studies to find insights and make recommendations for improvement. Michael is UX certified by the Nielsen Norman Group and received an M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

ERIKA FERRIS, M.S.

UX Researcher

Erika is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for industry professionals in the technology and product manufacturing industries. Her research experience includes conducting hardware research studies for clients testing keyboards, touchpads, digital pens, cameras, and hard drives. Erika also conducts software research studies involving peripheral managers, computer portals/setup, asset management, and support assistants. Her research methods include qualitative and quantitative testing. Erika double majored in Psychology and Criminology for her B.S. and received her M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

SIBBIE PRIESTLY, M.S.

UX Researcher

 Sibbie is a UX researcher who leads UX design and usability studies for End to End’s client base. She employs cognitive testing, think-out-loud tasks, user interviews, and usability testing to conduct studies for clients. Her research experience includes assisting in a project to find innovative ways to improve a new medical device for consumers. Sibbie enjoys learning about a client’s products and how their users interact with them. She understands how important a UX research and human factors professional is in industry work through conducting studies to improve clients’ products and services for consumers. Sibbie received her B.A. at Texas Tech University and her M.S. at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

PRAJAKTA RAMPURÉ, M.S.

UX Researcher

Prajakta is a UX Researcher who also double-hats as a Designer as needed. She has a Master's degree in Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. Her experience as a UX Generalist and background in HSE has matured her understanding of both Human Factors Research and User Experience. She is interested in striking the right balance between user and business needs and exploring and building solutions that are supported by evidence through research.

MOHAMED SHEIK-NAINAR, Ph.D.

UX Researcher

Mohamed is a seasoned user experience and human factors researcher with experience setting strategic UX vision and leading a team. Currently, he is completing free-lance work with End to End User Research. He is the Director of User Experience at Synaptics Incorporated based in San Francisco. Mohamed has extensive experience in researching various types of input devices and contributed to new product designs, engineering decision making, and customer design wins. He is an expert in generative, iterative and evaluative methodologies, experience design and statistical analyses. Mohamed is passionate about creative thinking and problem solving with a flair for generating and experimenting with new ideas and concepts.

RASHOD MOTEN, M.S.

UX Researcher

Rashod is a UX Researcher who graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a master's degree in psychology. He earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown. Rashod's background is in the non-profit sector and financial/investment advising. His experience includes partnership development and quality assurance management. He now applies his knowledge and experience in the UX and human factors industries.

ARTURO BARRERA, M.A.

UX Research Associate

Arturo is a UX Research Associate who received his M.A. in Interaction Design from the University of North Texas. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from the University of Houston. His design education led him to the field of User Experience Design and nurtured his interest in user research. He is interested in making human-centered products through thoughtful research.

BRANDON BURROW

UX Research Associate

Brandon is a Human Factors Psychology graduate student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from UHCL and enjoys a good book. After reading Don Norman’s The Design of Everyday Things, he became fascinated with the world of human factors and user experience. Brandon continues to study and think about human-centered design and enjoys helping other professionals create user-friendly products and experiences. The methods he is most comfortable with are usability testing, interviewing, and heuristic and competitive analyses, but he can employ a number of qualitative and quantitative methods and is always on the search for more tools to add to his toolkit. Brandon is interested in both hardware and virtual spaces, and he is particularly interested in VR/AR, interaction design, ergonomics, usability, and accessibility.

AMANDA JACKEY, M.A.

UX Research Assistant

Amanda is a UX Research Assistant at End to End with extensive experience studying human behavior. As a researcher, she is versed in both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries. With her background in observing and modifying human behavior in natural environments, she especially enjoys conducting ethnographic research. Amanda received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston and received her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. With her past experiences working with individuals with special needs, Amanda continues to be an advocate for accessibility, and she is interested in creating meaningful and accessible experiences.

MADISON GILBERT

UX Research Intern

Madison is a graduate student at Arizona State University. She will graduate in 2023 with a masters degree in Human Systems Engineering. She was awarded  distinguished undergraduate researcher at Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in sociology. Her research background includes projects for oppositional human factors in cybersecurity, human-robot interaction in extreme environments, and aviation human factors.

ZACHARY SCHULTE

UX Research Intern

Zachary is pursuing a master's degree in Human Factors Psychology at UHCL. With experience as a Shakespearean actor, an assistant urban planner, and a user research coordinator at a SaaS startup, Zachary is a well-rounded individual with a passion for creativity and innovation. Zachary's prior research includes planning and moderating hardware and software usability tests, performing heuristic analyses for mobile and web interfaces, and facilitating participatory design workshops. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys listening to music, creating abstract digital art, and spending time with their cat, Marcel. Zachary believes good design should provide a supportive structure of action for users that is both intuitive and unobtrusive. Through their research, Zachary hopes to help make technology more useful for everyone.

RACHEL RICE

UX Research Intern

Rachel is a graduate student at Rice University studying Human-Computer Interaction and Human Factors. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Eckerd College. Her research experience includes task order effects in usability testing, interaction design in emerging naval technologies, and developing research protocols for quantitative studies.

HANNAH KENNEDY

Project Manager/​Marketing Specialist

​Hannah Kennedy is our Project Manager and Marketing Specialist. She grows our database of research participants by implementing strategic marketing practices. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Capella University.

ERIKA SNYDER

Recruiting Operations Manager

Erika is a Houston native. She recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise and Wellness and is currently working on her MBA at Texas A&M University. Her diverse experience includes working as a Spanish teacher and an office supervisor. She is a bilingual recruiter and is our Recruiting Operations Manager. As Recruiting Operations Manager, she helps with strategy, project management, resources, and ensuring that your recruiting projects run smoothly.

MALOBIKA BHATTACHARJEE

Research Recruiting Specialist

​Malobika is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She has her MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford, UK and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Gauhati University - Assam, India. Malobika also holds an LL.B degree in India, equivalent to a JD degree here in the US. Her experiences include recruitment and international communication.

Research Recruiting Specialist

Tierra one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She has a Master’s degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior work experience has provided her with a diverse background in sociological research with a special interest in social issues and training along with expertise in qualitative research, participant recruitment, and qualitative/thematic data analysis.

JASMINE GUTIERREZ

Research Recruiting Associate

Jasmine is one of our Research Recruiting Associates. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. Prior work experience as a Sales Associate and Guest Services Representative provided her with excellent interpersonal skills and proficient customer service skills. Jasmine now applies her skills to recruit research participants for UX and Human Factors research studies.

Brianna is one of our Research Recruiting Associates based in Eastern Tennessee. She has worked in recruiting, HR, and administrative staffing since 2018. Brianna moved her way up in these industries through her strong work ethic and dedication to her roles. Her passion is recruiting across business industries and connecting clients with the best participants. Brianna now applies her skills to recruit for our clients' usability and UX research projects.

Andréa is our Social Media & Marketing Specialist. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. BROOKE PAYNE

Digital Marketing Intern

Brooke is our Digital Marketing Intern. She is a student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake majoring in communication. She will complete her bachelor's degree in May 2023. She enjoys developing digital content for various social media platforms to connect with diverse target audiences.

Digital Content Creation Intern

Josh is our Digital Content Creation Intern. He is a communication major at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, graduating in the Spring of 2023 and specializes in videography. His experience stems from various coursework using the Adobe Suite as well as creating videos with his friends in his free time. He also has a strong background in sales which has bolstered his skills in communication and teamwork.

Operations Manager

Charity is our Operations Manager and our go-to for the business side of our organization. She ensures that everyone has what they need to accomplish their work in an enjoyable environment. From music, supplies, snacks, and smiles to recruiting, scheduling, records and budgets, she keeps us running, enabling us to focus on your research needs. Charity holds a B.A. in Oral Communication from Weber State University and has extensive experience running non-profit organizations.
