MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.Managing PartnerMonica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.Managing PartnerChristy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

ANDREA WILSON, M.S.Lead UX ResearcherAndrea holds a M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Her experience includes research with software, hardware, prototyping, and usability. She is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, former president of the HFES Student Chapter at UHCL and current secretary for Houston HFES.

WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.UX ResearcherWill holds a M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Professional Writing. Will has spent the last four years studying serious games application and human-automation interaction. During that time, he gained experience running usability tests, designing novel research studies and programming games and applications. Will is also a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.

ERIKA FERRIS, M.S.UX Researcher
Erika holds an M.S. in Applied Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she also earned a B.S. in Psychology, with a double major in Criminology. Erika has worked in the Perception and Action Lab, where she has helped with usability studies with gaming peripherals, comparisons of computer hardware, and serious games. Erika is also a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society and a former member of the HFES Student Chapter at UHCL.

TAYLOR MARQUIS, M.S.UX ResearcherTaylor holds an M.S. in Applied Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business Communications. Taylor worked in the Perception and Action Lab, where he assisted in academic research on immersive technologies and environments (VR). Taylor is also a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.

SIBBIE PRIESTLY, M.S.
UX Researcher
Sibbie holds an M.S. in Applied Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business from Texas Tech University. In her graduate studies, she focused on Virtual Reality (VR) environments and immersive technologies in the Perception and Action Lab. Sibbie was also the past co-president of the HFES Student Chapter at UHCL.

PALLAVI BANERJEE, M.S.UX Research Assistant
Pallavi is a UX researcher and designer based in Herndon, Virginia. She has an MS degree in Human-Centered Computing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
She is an advocate for discovering user needs and incorporating them into the design. She is mindful of diverse human abilities, languages, culture, gender identities, and age. With her on the team, we will have an advocate for inclusive solutions. Before transitioning to Human-centered interaction, she had training as an architect from BIT Mesra and landscape architect from the School of Planning and Architecture. She has worked as a landscape architect, architect, and interior designer. |
JAZMIN COCKRELLUX Research AssistantJazmin holds a B.S. in Digital Media with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston. She has experience working as a usability research assistant and freelance web/ux design. Jazmin is currently a co-lead for Hexagon Houston where she supports womxn and non-binary folx through their UX career journey with skill-building events, networking opportunities, and a supportive community.

MADISON SCHEAR, M.S.UX Research AssistantMadison holds a M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business from Northern Arizona University. Madison has worked in the Decision-making, Automation, Advice, and Gaming Lab (DAang Lab) and assisted in academic research on serious games technologies for the classroom. Madison is also a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society and a former member of the HFES Student Chapter at UHCL.

AMANDA KASSICK, M.B.A.UX Research InternAmanda is a graduate student at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, studying Human Factors Psychology. She has earned an MBA in Consumer Sciences from ESPM and a Bachelors Degree in Business - Marketing from UFRGS, both in Brazil, where she is originally from. Amanda has worked as a Project Manager and has a background in Market Research. She is now applying her knowledge and experience in the UX world.

VANESSA JONESUX Research Intern
Vanessa Jones is an M.S. Psychology student in the Human Factors program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in General Business from Morehead State University. Her path to Human Factors and User Experience stems from her undergraduate research and lab management at Morehead State University, which fueled her interest in the inclusivity of user-centered design.

MORGAN FORDUX Research InternMorgan started with us as an office assistant and is currently working as a UX Research intern. Morgan is pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and Anthropology at the University of Houston and plans on attending graduate school at the University of Houston - Clear Lake for Human Factors Psychology.

MADISON GILBERTUX Research InternMadison is a graduate student at Arizona State University. She will graduate in 2022 with a masters degree in Human Systems Engineering. She was awarded distinguished undergraduate researcher at Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in sociology. Her research background includes projects for oppositional human factors in cybersecurity, human-robot interaction in extreme environments, and aviation human factors.

YARA DEBSUX Research InternYara is a graduate student at UHCL who will graduate in 2023 with a Master's degree in Human Factors. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University, she gained experience in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and ergonomics. Our trilingual intern is interested in optimizing flows, decreasing costs, and designing seamless experiences for end users.

JONATHAN HOWARDResearch Recruiting SpecialistJonathan is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. He helps our studies run smoothly and keep the clients and participants happy. He helps us update our database, maintain our records and successfully fulfill our day to day operations. He has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and prior work includes a Communications Internship for the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce.

ELIZABETH MATTHEWS
Research Recruiting Specialist
Elizabeth is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She ensures the location and management of research participants from verifying that their information is correct and up to date, to scheduling and reminding participants of their appointments to ensure a good show rate. Using various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques Elizabeth helps find the best participants to meet our clients' needs. She holds a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University and previously worked at Korn Ferry in their Executive Search practice.

Malobika is one of our Research Recruiting Associates. She has her MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford, UK and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Gauhati University - Assam, India. Malobika also holds an LL.B degree in India, equivalent to a JD degree here in the US. Her experiences include recruitment and international communication.

Tierra is a research recruiting associate. She has a Master’s degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior work experience has provided her with a diverse background in sociological research with a special interest in social issues and training along with expertise in qualitative research, participant recruitment, and qualitative/thematic data analysis.

Brandy is one of our Research Recruiting Associates. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Science from American Intercontinental University. She also holds a certificate in Practical Nursing and is a veteran of the United States Army, both as a soldier and as a civilian working in federal security. Her varied work experience has inspired her passion in social and economic issues.

HANNAH KENNEDY
Research Recruiting Associate
Hannah Kennedy is a Research Recruiting Associate with End to End User Research. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Cappella University.

MICHELLE HARTResearch Recruiting AssociateMichelle is a Registered Nurse with a BS in Nursing from Texas State University. Her passion for solving complex problems through research based solutions led to an interest in UX research. Michelled completed the UX Design Academy through DesignLab and completed an internship at End to End. She is now turning her passion for problem solving to locating and recruiting the best possible participants for research projects.

She ensures that everyone has what they need to accomplish their work in an enjoyable environment. From music, supplies, snacks, and smiles to recruiting, scheduling, records and budgets, she keeps us running, enabling us to focus on your research needs. Charity holds a B.A. in Oral Communication from Weber State University and has extensive experience running non-profit organizations.

SAM MANCUSOOffice AssistantSam is our office assistant. He greets you and welcomes you into our establishment and makes sure you are ready for your study. He helps out with contacting participants for our future studies and creating a welcoming environment in our office. Sam is currently attending Lone Star College for Finance. He plans on starting a small business with his friend after college.
