MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.Managing PartnerMonica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 24 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.Managing PartnerChristy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

Research Team
WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.Lead UX ResearcherWill is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for clients from various industries, including technology, oil and gas, and gaming industries. Will conducts unique research projects, specializing in software evaluations, competitive evaluations between products, and research involving software and applications. Prior to becoming the Lead UX Researcher at E2E, Will was heavily involved in research regarding reliance and compliance with automated systems and feedback from AI partners and has applied this background to current industry projects. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and previously served in the United States Army.

MOHAMED SHEIK-NAINAR, Ph.D.Senior UX Research ConsultantMohamed is a seasoned user experience and human factors researcher with experience setting strategic UX vision and leading a team. Currently, he is completing free-lance work with End to End User Research. He is the Director of User Experience at Synaptics Incorporated based in San Francisco. Mohamed has extensive experience in researching various types of input devices and contributed to new product designs, engineering decision making, and customer design wins. He is an expert in generative, iterative and evaluative methodologies, experience design and statistical analyses. Mohamed is passionate about creative thinking and problem solving with a flair for generating and experimenting with new ideas and concepts.

PRAJAKTA RAMPURE, M.S.UX ResearcherPrajakta is a UX Researcher who also double-hats as a Designer as needed. She has a Master's degree in Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. Her experience as a UX Generalist and background in HSE has matured her understanding of both Human Factors Research and User Experience. She is interested in striking the right balance between user and business needs and exploring and building solutions that are supported by evidence through research.

Diego SalazarUX Research InternDiego is a first-year graduate student in the Human Factors Psychology program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He received a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the Visual Arts Department at HSPVA. Diego first became acquainted with user research and data collection as an Instruction Assistant for the UT Psychology Department, where he worked on developing and moderating surveys, coding statistics using R Studio, and receiving education on the design process behind faculty-developed mobile and desktop applications measuring mindfulness. Diego joined the field of human factors to obtain a well-developed understanding of user-centered design, seeking to facilitate optimal user experiences from the foundations of the design process - user research.

PAOLA BUENOUX Research InternPaola is currently pursuing a Master's in Human Factors Psychology at the University of Houston - Clear Lake (UHCL), complementing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston - Downtown. Her international exchange program in Tallinn, Estonia, focused on Design Theory and Methodology and Multimedia Development, expanding her global perspective on UX research. Her academic journey and past experience have instilled a deep understanding between the intersection of technology and psychology through her time as a research assistant for the UHCL Perception and Action Lab under the supervision of Dr. Nicholas Kelling. Her proficiency in managing research protocols and conducting meticulous data collection is a valuable asset for her role as a UX Researcher Intern.

HANNAH KENNEDYMarketing Operations ManagerHannah Kennedy is our Marketing Operations Manager. She grows our database of research participants by implementing strategic marketing practices. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Capella University.

ASHLEY NORRISResearch Recruiting SpecialistAshley is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She received her A.S. in Information Technology in 2021 from Purdue University Global. Throughout her career, Ashley gained valuable IT, customer care, and manufacturing experience that drives her continued success. She now applies her skills to recruit dependable research participants for End to End's research studies.
