MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.Managing PartnerMonica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.Managing PartnerChristy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

Research Team
WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.Lead UX ResearcherWill is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for clients from various industries, including technology, oil and gas, and gaming industries. With several years of experience as a researcher, Will conducts unique research projects, specializing in software evaluations, competitive evaluations between products, and research involving software and applications. His research methods include statistical analysis and creating novel methodologies for research problems. Will enjoys conducting research for gaming devices. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

SIBBIE PRIESTLY, M.S.UX Researcher Sibbie is a UX researcher who leads UX design and usability studies for End to End’s client base. She employs cognitive testing, think-out-loud tasks, user interviews, and usability testing to conduct studies for clients. Her research experience includes assisting in a project to find innovative ways to improve a new medical device for consumers. Sibbie enjoys learning about a client’s products and how their users interact with them. She understands how important a UX research and human factors professional is in industry work through conducting studies to improve clients’ products and services for consumers. Sibbie received her B.A. at Texas Tech University and her M.S. at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

RASHOD MOTEN, M.S.UX ResearcherRashod is a UX Researcher who graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a master's degree in psychology. He earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown. Rashod's background is in the non-profit sector and financial/investment advising. His experience includes partnership development and quality assurance management. He now applies his knowledge and experience in the UX and human factors industries.

AMANDA JACKEY, M.A.UX Research AssistantAmanda is a UX Research Assistant at End to End with extensive experience studying human behavior. As a researcher, she is versed in both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries. With her background in observing and modifying human behavior in natural environments, she especially enjoys conducting ethnographic research. Amanda received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston and received her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. With her past experiences working with individuals with special needs, Amanda continues to be an advocate for accessibility, and she is interested in creating meaningful and accessible experiences.

MADISON GILBERT, M.S.UX Research InternMadison was a graduate student at Arizona State University. She graduated with a master's degree in Human Systems Engineering in May 2023. She was awarded distinguished undergraduate researcher at Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in sociology. Her research background includes projects for oppositional human factors in cybersecurity, human-robot interaction in extreme environments, and aviation human factors.

ZACHARY SCHULTEUX Research InternZachary is pursuing a master's degree in Human Factors Psychology at UHCL. With experience as a Shakespearean actor, an assistant urban planner, and a user research coordinator at a SaaS startup, Zachary is a well-rounded individual with a passion for creativity and innovation. Zachary's prior research includes planning and moderating hardware and software usability tests, performing heuristic analyses for mobile and web interfaces, and facilitating participatory design workshops. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys listening to music, creating abstract digital art, and spending time with their cat, Marcel. Zachary believes good design should provide a supportive structure of action for users that is both intuitive and unobtrusive. Through their research, Zachary hopes to help make technology more useful for everyone.

KAYLAH PATELUX Research InternKaylah is an undergraduate student at Rice University studying cognitive science, data science, biochemistry & cell biology. As a dancer on the Rice Riyaaz Bollywood Fusion Team and the Co-President of Rice South Asian Society, Kaylah has a strong cultural background that has enriched her understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives and traditions and has shaped her into a well-rounded individual with a deep respect for the importance of cultural collaboration. Her experience analyzing eye-tracking data and conducting comprehensive literature reviews has developed her interests in Data Science and analytical research. After graduation, Kaylah intends to pursue a Master's degree in Data Science and enter the biotechnology industry.

Recruiting and Operations Team
HANNAH KENNEDYProject Manager/Marketing SpecialistHannah Kennedy is our Project Manager and Marketing Specialist. She grows our database of research participants by implementing strategic marketing practices. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Capella University.

He graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in communication and specializes in videography. His experience stems from various coursework using the Adobe Suite as well as creating videos with his friends in his free time. He also has a strong background in sales which has bolstered his skills in communication and teamwork.
