MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.Managing PartnerMonica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.Managing PartnerChristy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

Research Team
WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.Lead UX ResearcherWill is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for clients from various industries, including technology, oil and gas, and gaming industries. With several years of experience as a researcher, Will conducts unique research projects, specializing in software evaluations, competitive evaluations between products, and research involving software and applications. His research methods include statistical analysis and creating novel methodologies for research problems. Will enjoys conducting research for gaming devices. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

BRANDON BURROW, M.S.UX Research AssociateBrandon was a Human Factors Psychology graduate student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from UHCL and enjoys a good book. After reading Don Norman’s The Design of Everyday Things, he became fascinated with the world of human factors and user experience. Brandon continues to study and think about human-centered design and enjoys helping other professionals create user-friendly products and experiences. The methods he is most comfortable with are usability testing, interviewing, and heuristic and competitive analyses, but he can employ a number of qualitative and quantitative methods and is always on the search for more tools to add to his toolkit. Brandon is interested in both hardware and virtual spaces, and he is particularly interested in VR/AR, interaction design, ergonomics, usability, and accessibility.

BOB FORZANOUX Research InternBob is a master's student progressing towards finishing his degree in human factors at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He had his first taste in human factors at Texas A&M University, where he worked on research on human interaction with automated vehicles. Bob joined the field of human factors to help people and improve the way we interact with the world around us. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his friends, playing card games, and having a laugh with the people he loves. Bob majored in Industrial Engineering and received his B.S. from Texas A&M University.

HANNAH KENNEDYMarketing Operations ManagerHannah Kennedy is our Marketing Operations Manager. She grows our database of research participants by implementing strategic marketing practices. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Capella University.

Throughout her career, Ashley gained valuable IT, customer care, and manufacturing experience that drives her continued success. She now applies her skills to recruit dependable research participants for End to End's research studies.

Charity holds a B.A. in Oral Communication from Weber State University and has extensive experience running non-profit organizations.
