Meet Our Team

We are psychologists with an extensive background in understanding human behavior. We are experts equipped with the skills, tools and knowledge to help you create intuitive, useful and delightful products for your customers.

MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.

Managing Partner

​Monica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.

Managing Partner

​Christy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

​ANDREA WILSON, M.S.

Lead UX Researcher

As the lead UX researcher at End to End User Research, Andrea manages projects and schedules, mentors junior researchers, and runs complex research projects. Her knowledge and expertise allow her to conduct various types of research, including usability testing, ethnographic/contextual research, benchmark testing, and hardware testing with server rack designs, laptop designs, and input devices. Her research methods include A/B testing, rapid iterative testing and evaluation (RITE), and concept testing. Andrea leads approximately 15 to 20 projects per year and enjoys conducting ethnographic research. She received her M.S. in Human Factors from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she served as president of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society student chapter.

WILL ALTHOFF, M.S.

UX Researcher

Will is a UX researcher who leads research studies for clients in the technology and gaming industries. His research methods include statistical analysis and creating novel methodologies for unique research problems. With several years of experience as a researcher, Will conducts unique research projects, specializing in software evaluations, competitive evaluations between products, and research involving gaming software and applications. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

MICHAEL PICKETT, M.S.

UX Researcher

Michael is a UX researcher who leads UX design and usability research studies for clients in the technology and manufacturing industries. He completed his internship at End to End User Research and worked at Grinnell Mutual for two years as a UX researcher. Michael’s research experience specializes in conducting hardware and software-based studies for End to End’s clients. He is UX certified by the Nielsen Norman Group. Michael holds an M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

ERIKA FERRIS, M.S.

UX Researcher

Erika is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for industry professionals in the technology and product manufacturing industries. Her research experience includes conducting hardware research studies for clients testing keyboards, touchpads, digital pens, cameras, and hard drives. Erika also conducts software research studies involving peripheral managers, computer portals/setup, asset management, and support assistants. Erika assisted in managing concept testing for products and iterative testing to make product improvement recommendations for clients. Her research methods include qualitative and quantitative testing for hardware studies for keyboards and touchpads. Erika double majored in Psychology and Criminology for her B.S. and received her M.S. in Applied Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

TAYLOR MARQUIS, M.S.

UX Researcher

Taylor is a UX researcher who conducts diverse research studies for clients in the technology and gaming industries. His hardware research experience includes conducting studies with keyboards and trackpads, rugged devices, and VR headsets for device weight and balance testing. A research method used in his hardware testing includes utilizing NASA-TLX with temporal demand to conduct a study about handles for heavy computers. With a specialty in video game design, Taylor’s software research experience includes leading a study for a community-based application for video gamers, assisting in multiple studies for designing innovative systems for household games, and researching software to improve webcam usability. Taylor received his M.S. in Applied Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Communications.

SIBBIE PRIESTLY, M.S.

UX Researcher

 Sibbie is a UX researcher who leads UX design and usability studies for End to End’s growing client base. She employs cognitive testing, think-out-loud tasks, user interviews, and usability testing to conduct studies for clients. Her research experience includes assisting in a project to find innovative ways to improve a new medical device for consumers. Sibbie enjoys learning about a client’s products and how their users interact with them. She understands how important a UX research and human factors professional is in industry work through conducting studies to improve clients’ products and services for consumers. Sibbie received her B.A. at Texas Tech University and her M.S. at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

YULIANA BARAJAS, M.S.

UX Researcher

Yuliana currently works as a UX researcher embedded in a design team with a valued client of End to End. Her skills as a researcher include research design, usability testing, data collection, and data analysis. As a UX researcher at Bose Corporation, Yuliana conducted usability assessments on studies for the Bose Consumer Electronics team. Yuliana successfully completed her UX researcher internship with End to End in 2018. During her End to End internship,  she conducted usability studies, provided recommendations to clients, and maintained a participant database. She received her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

PALLAVI BANERJEE, M.S.

UX Research Assistant

Pallavi is a UX researcher and designer based in Herndon, Virginia. She has an MS degree in Human-Centered Computing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is an advocate for discovering user needs and incorporating them into the design. She is mindful of diverse human abilities, languages, culture, gender identities, and age. With her on the team, we will have an advocate for inclusive solutions. Before transitioning to Human-centered interaction, she had training as an architect from BIT Mesra and landscape architect from the School of Planning and Architecture. She has worked as a landscape architect, architect, and interior designer.

JAZMIN COCKRELL

UX Research Assistant

Jazmin holds a B.S. in Digital Media with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston. She has experience working as a usability research assistant and freelance web/ux design. Jazmin is currently a co-lead for Hexagon Houston where she supports womxn and non-binary folx through their UX career journey with skill-building events, networking opportunities, and a supportive community.

AMANDA KASSICK, M.B.A.

UX Research Intern

Amanda is a graduate student at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, studying Human Factors Psychology. She has earned an MBA in Consumer Sciences from ESPM and a Bachelors Degree in Business - Marketing from UFRGS, both in Brazil, where she is originally from. Amanda has worked as a Project Manager and has a background in Market Research. She is now applying her knowledge and experience in the UX world.

VANESSA JONES

UX Research Intern

Vanessa Jones is an M.S. Psychology student in the Human Factors program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in General Business from Morehead State University. Her path to Human Factors and User Experience stems from her undergraduate research and lab management at Morehead State University, which fueled her interest in the inclusivity of user-centered design.

MORGAN FORD

UX Research Intern

Morgan graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of Houston. She plans to further her education by pursuing a M.S. in Human Factors Psychology in the fall. She has interned with End to End for six months and enjoys usability testing.

MADISON GILBERT

UX Research Intern

Madison is a graduate student at Arizona State University. She will graduate in 2022 with a masters degree in Human Systems Engineering. She was awarded  distinguished undergraduate researcher at Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in sociology. Her research background includes projects for oppositional human factors in cybersecurity, human-robot interaction in extreme environments, and aviation human factors.

YARA DEBBS

UX Research Intern

Yara is a graduate student at UHCL who will graduate in 2023 with a Master's degree in Human Factors. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University, she gained experience in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and ergonomics. Our trilingual intern is interested in optimizing flows, decreasing costs, and designing seamless experiences for end users.

ARTURO BARRERA

UX Research Intern

Arturo is a graduate student in the M.A. Interaction Design program at the University of North Texas. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from the University of Houston. His design education led him to the field of User Experience Design and nurtured his interest in user research. He is interested in making human-centered products through thoughtful research.

ELIZABETH MATTHEWS

Research Recruiting Specialist

Elizabeth is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She ensures the location and management of research participants from verifying that  their information is correct and up to date, to scheduling and reminding participants of their appointments to ensure a good show rate. Using various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques Elizabeth helps find the best participants to meet our clients' needs.  She holds a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University and previously worked at Korn Ferry in their Executive Search practice.

JONATHAN HOWARD

Research Recruiting Specialist

​Jonathan is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. He helps our studies run smoothly and  keep the clients and participants happy. He helps us update our database, maintain our  records and successfully fulfill our day to day operations. He has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and prior work includes a Communications Internship for the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce.

MALOBIKA BHATTACHARJEE

Research Recruiting Associate

​Malobika is one of our Research Recruiting Associates. She has her MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford, UK and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Gauhati University - Assam, India. Malobika also holds an LL.B degree in India, equivalent to a JD degree here in the US. Her experiences include recruitment and international communication.

Research Recruiting Associate

Tierra is a research recruiting associate. She has a Master’s degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior work experience has provided her with a diverse background in sociological research with a special interest in social issues and training along with expertise in qualitative research, participant recruitment, and qualitative/thematic data analysis.

BRANDY MORGAN

Research Recruiting Associate

Brandy is one of our Research Recruiting Associates. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Science from American Intercontinental University. She also holds a certificate in Practical Nursing and is a veteran of the United States Army, both as a soldier and as a civilian working in federal security. Her varied work experience has inspired her passion in social and economic issues.

HANNAH KENNEDY

Research Recruiting Associate

Hannah Kennedy is a Research Recruiting Associate with End to End User Research. She has a vast amount of experience as a social media marketing and eLearning coordinator in the nonprofit and technology sector. As marketing coordinator, Hannah has utilized marketing and advertising strategies geared towards creating content aimed at recruiting donors, volunteers and 45+ attendees on a monthly basis for the ACSS Careerworks and Access eLearning programs. With experience spanning more than 12 years B2B and B2C, Hannah’s specialties include photography, videography, voiceover, and design. Hannah is a resident of Atlanta, GA and is currently studying Psychology at Cappella University.

Michelle is a Registered Nurse with a BS in Nursing from Texas State University. Her passion for solving complex problems through research based solutions led to an interest in UX research. Michelled completed the UX Design Academy through DesignLab and completed an internship at End to End. She is now turning her passion for problem solving to locating and recruiting the best possible participants for research projects.

Social Media & Marketing  Specialist

Andréa is our Social Media & Marketing Specialist. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She creates digital assets to connect with potential research participants and clients across our social media platforms. Andréa’s experience includes business writing, digital design, and photography.

CHARITY ADAMS

Operations Manager

​Charity is our office manager and our go-to for the business side of our organization. She ensures that everyone has what they need to accomplish their work in an enjoyable environment. From music, supplies, snacks, and smiles to recruiting, scheduling, records and budgets, she keeps us running, enabling us to focus on your research needs. Charity holds a B.A. in Oral Communication from Weber State University and has extensive experience running non-profit organizations.

SAM MANCUSO

Office Assistant

Sam is our office assistant. He greets you and welcomes you into our establishment and makes sure you are ready for your study. He helps out with contacting participants for our future studies and creating a welcoming environment in our office. Sam is currently attending Lone Star College for Finance. He plans on starting a small business with his friend after college.
