MONICA SNIDEMAN, Ph.D.Managing PartnerMonica holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Experimental Psychology from Rice University, with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her interest in the human brain translated easily to the applied field of user experience, where she enjoys the process of understanding human behavior and perception. For the past 20 years, she has used her research skills to identify ways in which products can become more usable and intuitive. Her experience includes research with a wide range of websites, software, and hardware. Her projects have spanned a wide variety of companies across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and energy/oil and gas.

CHRISTY HARPER, M.A.Managing PartnerChristy holds a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from UHCL, where she is a Distinguished Alumni. For 18 years she worked at Compaq and HP first as a researcher and later managing the HF/UX research team responsible for the iterative design and improvement of products in the personal computing space. Prior work includes research for education, digital entertainment products, IoT and input devices. Her primary area of expertise is contextual/ethnographic research and human factors research applied to new product design.

Research Team
ANDREA WILSON, M.S.Lead UX Researcher As the lead UX researcher at End to End User Research, Andrea manages projects and schedules, mentors junior researchers, and runs complex research projects. Her knowledge and expertise allow her to conduct various types of research, including usability testing, ethnographic/contextual research, benchmark testing, hardware testing with server rack designs, laptop designs, input devices, and concept testing during the ideation phase. Andrea particularly enjoys conducting ethnographic research. She received her M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she served as president of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society student chapter.

ERIKA FERRIS, M.S.UX ResearcherErika is an experienced UX researcher who leads research studies for industry professionals in the technology and product manufacturing industries. Her research experience includes conducting hardware research studies for clients testing keyboards, touchpads, digital pens, cameras, and hard drives. Erika also conducts software research studies involving peripheral managers, computer portals/setup, asset management, and support assistants. Her research methods include qualitative and quantitative testing. Erika double majored in Psychology and Criminology for her B.S. and received her M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

YULIANA BARAJAS, M.S.UX ResearcherYuliana currently works as a UX researcher embedded in a design team with a valued client of End to End. Her skills as a researcher include research design, usability testing, data collection, and data analysis. As a UX researcher at Bose Corporation, Yuliana conducted usability assessments on studies for the Bose Consumer Electronics team. Yuliana successfully completed her UX researcher internship with End to End in 2018. During her End to End internship, she conducted usability studies, provided recommendations to clients, and maintained a participant database. She received her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

MORGAN FORDUX Research InternMorgan graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of Houston. She plans to further her education by pursuing a M.S. in Human Factors Psychology in the fall. She has interned with End to End for six months and enjoys usability testing.

ARTURO BARRERAUX Research InternArturo is a graduate student in the M.A. Interaction Design program at the University of North Texas. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from the University of Houston. His design education led him to the field of User Experience Design and nurtured his interest in user research. He is interested in making human-centered products through thoughtful research.

ELIZABETH MATTHEWSRecruiting Program ManagerElizabeth is one of our Research Recruiting Specialists. She ensures the location and management of research participants from verifying that their information is correct and up to date, to scheduling and reminding participants of their appointments to ensure a good show rate. Using various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques Elizabeth helps find the best participants to meet our clients' needs. She holds a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University and previously worked at Korn Ferry in their Executive Search practice.

TIERRA BROOKS, M.A.Research Recruiting SpecialistTierra is a research recruiting associate. She has a Master’s degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior work experience has provided her with a diverse background in sociological research with a special interest in social issues and training along with expertise in qualitative research, participant recruitment, and qualitative/thematic data analysis.

She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She creates digital assets to connect with potential research participants and clients across our social media platforms. Andréa’s experience includes business writing, digital design, and photography.

CHARITY ADAMSOperations ManagerCharity is our operations manager and our go-to for the business side of our organization. She ensures that everyone has what they need to accomplish their work in an enjoyable environment. From music, supplies, snacks, and smiles to recruiting, scheduling, records and budgets, she keeps us running, enabling us to focus on your research needs. Charity holds a B.A. in Oral Communication from Weber State University and has extensive experience running non-profit organizations.

SAM MANCUSOOffice ManagerSam is our office manager. He greets you and welcomes you into our establishment and makes sure you are ready for your study. He helps out with contacting participants for our future studies and creating a welcoming environment in our office. Sam is currently attending Lone Star College for Finance. He plans on starting a small business with his friend after college.
