User-Centered Design is an iterative process driven by the needs of the users.
How can End to End help you get to know your user better?
Utilize Usability Testing to identify issues.
Observe participants in their natural environment using Ethnographic Research.
Use Benchmark Testing to track progress of design changes.
Create gaze plots and heat maps with Eye Tracking.
Usability TestingWe approach usability testing by first meeting with clients to discuss their goals. Based on meetings/discussions a test script is produced to meet client needs. Once the script is approved testing will begin. Participant's behavior will be observed to identify any issues with the product/service and recommendations/findings will be reported.
Ethnographic ResearchWe understand that sometimes you can't outweigh the benefits of observing someone in their natural environment to understand motivations, attitudes and behaviors. We have hosted successful studies with setups ranging from supermarkets to warehouses and when you call with your unique environmental request we will be ready to help you too!
Benchmark TestingLet us assist in the development of your new design! Through benchmark testing we can gather quantitative performance measures before altering a design to compare to testing of the next iteration in the design process.
Wireframing & PrototypesWe can assist in the creation of low to mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to take a conceptual idea to the next level in your design process. By bringing an idea to life in the form of a paper prototype, wireframe, or clickable prototype your team can get feedback from users on your earliest designs and make informed decisions with confidence.
Eye TrackingEye tracking is a tool that End to End has available to its clients. Using eye tracking technology, we are able to determine users' attention and focus with gaze plots and heat maps.

End to End User Research helps with each step of the design process from:
- Understanding the context of use
- Defining use requirements
- Prototyping potential solutions
- Continued evaluation of design efficacy
